At any time we reserve the right to cancel an order at our discretion. In this case, you will receive a full refund.

All our prices are in US Dollar and do not include taxes. Applicable taxes will be added to you cart, at check out.

Shipping POLICY
All orders will be prepared and shipped from Mount Kisco, NY.

We normally process orders within 3-5 business days. Shipping is typically 2-6 business days. In some cases times may vary depending on the weather, holidays and COVID-19.

RETURN AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Due to the nature of our products we do not accept returns. If there is any problem with your order (error, missing item...etc) please contact us within 48 hours. Please include your name, order number and a brief description of the issue and we will work with you to find an acceptable solution.

If you want to cancel an order we can't guarantee that we will be able to do so. If your order has been processed for shipping we will not be able to offer a refund.
