Founded in 2017, Life Is a Bee is a small, family owned apiary located in Mount Kisco, New York and operated by Certified Master Beekeeper Eleni Gramuglia.
Beekeeping is more than our work, it is our passion. We believe that while bees can thrive without us, we cannot thrive without them. With that philosophy at our core, our mission is to protect the environment while providing our community with the highest quality hive products.
We proudly produce all natural, chemical free, unfiltered raw honey that is never heated or processed, preserving its purity and beneficial properties. In addition, we offer a variety of handcrafted honey and beeswax products.

HANDCRAFTED SOAPS
LIFE IS A BEE offers you a beautiful selection of small-batch, handcrafted soaps made using both the cold process method and high-quality soap bases.Each bar creates a rich, creamy lather that helps moisturize and nourish the skin. All of our soaps are made with honey, beeswax or propolis and are crafted using 100% natural ingredients.
HONEY
We only sell Local, Pure, Raw and Natural honey from our hives. We leave our honey the way bees made it: free of chemicals, unfiltered, never heated and thus contains all of the vitamins, minerals, pollen, antibacterial properties and live enzymes intact. The color of honey will change from season to season as the bees determine the color, flavor and texture of our honey based on the nectar source (flowers) they forage on.
Our honey is delivered from our hives to your table.
